One piece of work I am particularly proud of is the PepsiCo UK Leadership Programme. This is a 5 day + 2 day follow up programme which stretches PepsiCo leaders and helps them develop self awareness and improve their leadership capability. It is very experiential giving the delegates real time live leadership opportunities and plenty of feedback on their performance.
I believe that high performance teams do not shy away from the tough conversations but tackle them head on and use them as a constructive way to get creative solutions, make progress and solve problems less effective teams do not have the courage to take on.
